IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD EXIT THE SITE NOW.  ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE/TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER, TERMS).  THE TERMS MAY BE REVISED BY THE COLLIER LAW FIRM, LLC, (HEREINAFTER, FIRM) AT ANY TIME AND IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (HEREINAFTER, USER) AND FIRM.  THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO USER.

These Terms apply to your access to, and use of, all or part of any website or mobile/electronic application of the Firm.  In the event there is any conflict In the event there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms of use that appear on the Site, these Terms will govern. However, if you navigate away from the Site to a third-party site, you may be subject to alternative terms and conditions of use, as may be specified on such site, which will govern your use of that site.

These Terms include an arbitration agreement that governs any disputes between you and The Firm with regard to this Site and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. In arbitration, there is less discovery and appellate review than in court. This arbitration agreement and other provisions will:

Eliminate your right to a trial by jury to the extent allowable under applicable law; and

Substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings in arbitration and litigation.

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms by electronic means, including by changing these Terms by posting any revisions here on the Collier Law, LLC website.

ELIGIBILITY:

This site is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. A USER MUST BE AT LEAST AGE 13 TO ACCESS AND USE THE SITE. If the User is between the ages of 13 and 18, he or she may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. User represents and warrants that (a) he/she is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (b) he/she is not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

In order to participate in certain areas of our website, you will need to promptly notify Collier Law LLC if you suspect any security breaches relating to the website and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your use of this Site and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

To the extent the State Bar rules require the Firm to designate a principal office and/or single attorney responsible for this site, Heather Collier, located at 307 S. McKenzie St. Suite 104, Foley, AL 36535, is designated.

Please be aware that the transmission of an e-mail inquiry or submission via the request page itself does not create an attorney-client relationship. Heather Collier cannot serve as your counsel in any matter unless you and our firm expressly agree in writing to serve as your attorney and representation will not commence until you have paid a retainer or flat-fee in accordance with the terms set forth in the signed Engagement Letter and Fee Agreement signed by both the Client and Attorney Heather Collier.  If you sign an Engagement Letter and Fee Agreement and the initial payment (excluding the consultation fee) is not paid to the Firm within seven (7) days of signing the Engagement Letter and Fee Agreement, the matter will be closed with the Firm and a new Engagement Letter will need to executed after payment is made.

You should also be aware that the Statute of Limitations (the deadline imposed by law within which you may bring a lawsuit) may severely limit the time remaining for you to file any potential claims you may have.  You will want to ensure that you have adequate time to file and substantiate your case.
