This morning, I answered a call from a potential client when they called around 7 A. M. The potential client was shocked that

1. I answered the phone.

2. They were able to speak with somebody so early in the morning.

3. They got an attorney on the phone just after a three-day weekend since yesterday was a holiday.

I told her that it is my job to assist her and that means making myself available when my clients and potential clients need me & not just during regular business hours.

I take pride in managing my own firm and answering my own phone calls. Along with that, comes the personal service and dedication that I give my clients and their case. It is the personal service they not only expect, but deserve.

When clients or potential clients call, they usually do so because there is something going on in their lives that requires immediate attention. I want my clients and my potential clients to now that I do my best to efficiently answer each and every call and make sure that each and every concern of theirs is addressed so they may get through this difficult and emotionally draining time in their lives. For some people, it may be the absolute worst time in their lives.

Now, having said that, this does not mean that I can answer every single call the minute a client or potential client calls. However, I make every effort and return every call by the end of the day; I strive to return each call within a two hour timeframe.

Customer care and assistance is of utmost importance and a requirement for any successful company.

Each client is an extension of my business and how I choose to run my business. Their recommendations for my services and their reviews speak volumes as to the type of attorney that I am. I strive to do my very best for each client. Part of doing my very best for each client or prospective client involves being there when your clients need you.

If I can assist you call me at 251-943-4870.
